By purchasing or using our React Native & Expo boilerplate (“Product”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. License Grant

Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the Product solely for building your own applications.

2. Prohibited Uses

You may not, under any circumstances:

  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Product

  • Share the Product publicly or privately (including with teammates who have not purchased a license)

  • Publish the source code in open-source repositories

  • Use the Product to create a competing boilerplate, starter kit, or template

3. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Product remain the exclusive property of Launch.

This Product is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

4. Enforcement and Violations

Unauthorised use, sharing, or redistribution of the Product constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

We reserve the right to:

  • Immediately terminate access without refund

  • Revoke GitHub repository access

  • Issue DMCA takedown notices

  • Pursue legal remedies where appropriate

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to the Product at any time if these Terms are violated.

6. Disclaimer

The Product is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Product.

8. Governing Law
